Meditation is the art of stillness.  It is in this stillness that you hear Self.

 

Meditiation is a very individual and unique experience and the key to achieving the meditative state is to unlock the space within you where this

stillness resides in your own way.

 

It is in this space that you learn to listen to  your Prakruti - your true nature, bringing true wisdom,  healing, guidance, support and empowerment into your life.

 

Having found your way of meditation you should be able to achieve stillness anytime

 anywhere -  whether in a crowd or alone.

 

Meditation should not become a discipline but rather a way of life -

to be accessed whenever it is needed.
